(A group exhibition in Shezi island A piece of Mr Wong's land at the roadside.)

Scouting in rain, occasional sun's light,
Rain turns to puddles, a watery sight.
Puddles reflect the vast, open sky,
Where bird shadows gracefully fly.
Dancing on water, shadows unite,
A cyclical game, nature's record in light.

I am attempting to create an artwork featuring a pond and flying birds, with footage that can be viewed in both sunny and rainy weather due to its 'waterproof' quality. While searching for sky images taken with a smartphone, I found only one shot from an upward angle over the past few years. I divided it into the background and the birds. The actual installation may seem like a failed piece, but photographing the unsuccessful artwork itself becomes a piece of art. Encased in a plastic cover, it hangs from a tree in the exhibition space. If viewers take photos of the artwork, the plastic reflection resembles the flash used in the images, making them appear more like the creators of the artwork than I am.
